Hey, the CFL is fun too! Check out this TD celebration

For Ottawa, quarterback Trevor Harris managed 457 passing yards and two touchdowns, but he couldn't get the Redblacks offence out of first gear - despite making a CFL playoff record 60 pass attempts - as the home team's hopes of a long playoff run culminating in a Grey Cup in the friendly confines of TD Place came crashing down. Too many dropped passes.

Saskatchewan will play at the Toronto Argonauts next week in the Eastern Final. Saskatchewan's defence, however, stiffened and the Redblacks settled for a 22-yard field goal by Brett Maher at 2:56 of the third quarter. Kevin Glenn finished a six play drive by hitting Bakari Grant for a 29 yard touchdown giving Saskatchewan a 7-0 lead.

But the Redblacks responded right back with a touchdown of their own. The Redblacks were successful with the two-point convert pass to Juron Criner. Fourth in the West, Saskatchewan got the East's final playoff spot based on standings points over Hamilton, the third-place team in the East.

Ottawa was close to answering back, but Sam Eguavoen picked off a Harris pass inside Saskatchewan's ten yard line, a huge turning point in the game.

The Riders went ahead 31-14 at 15:00 of the third quarter when Crapigna connected on a 31-yard field goal.

In the second half, Christion Jones fumbled a punt return but the Redblacks could only get a field goal, cutting the lead to ten. Serderius Bryant recovered for Ottawa. But on the first play from scrimmage after the kick, Marcus Thigpen turned on the jets, scoring a 75 yard touchdown run. Tyler Crapigna's convert gave the Riders a 28-11 lead.

Saskatchewan and Ottawa combined for three touchdowns on the game's first three possessions, setting CFL playoff marks for fastest two TDs (four minutes, seven seconds), fastest three TDs (5:54) and becoming the first to reach the end zone on the first three drives.

On Saskatchewan's next possession, Thigpen broke free for the 75-yard touchdown run.
