India will give befitting reply: Rajnath

Union Home Minister Rajanth Singh on Sunday hinted that India might conduct another surgical strike if Pakistan continued to violate ceasefire on the Line of Control (LoC). PM convened a meeting with all of us on the serious issue and we chose to teach Pakistan a lesson. Our courageous soldiers entered the Pakistani side killing militants and smashing their posts, union minister said.

The Home Minister's remarks was in reference to the cross-border action by Indian forces in Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir killing three Pakistani soldiers.

"Our actions have sent a message loud and clear that we will not tolerate any non-sense from our neighbour".

Singh said India wants to maintain a friendly relationship with Pakistan. "The institution must impress upon India to address the political aspirations of the people of Kashmir and implement the resolutions passed in the UNSC from time to time", it said. "Par Pakistan manta hee nahi". "But Pakistan is not mending its ways", Singh said. "What can others do now when Pakistan has itself pressed self-destruction button", Singh said. He added that even the world has acknowledged India as a world power ans one of the most rapidly growing economies on globe.

Singh was addressing a meeting of "Bharatiya Railway Maal Godaam Shramik Sangh" in Lucknow on Sunday. "However, despite this, they do not have any identification card, nor do they get any treatment facility in any of the Railway hospitals", said Rajnath.

The Union Home Minister assured Railway employees that he will personally take up their issues with the Railway Minister.
