The third warm-up in as many weeks is upon us.

A strong northwest wind will keep temperatures down today with an expected high of only 38 degrees.

Although accumulations in the Kansas City area should be minimal because of warmer temperatures, roads could become slick where snow accumulates, according to the National Weather Service.
