North Korea: President Trump's nuclear button boast the 'spasm of a lunatic'

US President Donald Trump claimed Russian Federation was not providing the necessary support to stop North Korea, accusing Moscow of helping Pyongyang evade sanctions.

US President Donald Trump last Friday waived nuclear sanctions against Iran but warned that he would not do it again unless the deal is modified.

"Russia is not helping us at all with North Korea", Trump said in an interview with Reuters.

"Russia is not helping us at all with North Korea", Trump told the Reuters news agency.

But Kim, widely viewed as seeking to drive a wedge between the USA and South Korea, shows no sign of making concessions toward Washington as his totalitarian government comes close to perfecting a nuclear-tipped missile that could strike the United States.

Beijing is a key ally of Pyongyang and its number one trading partner but said only the Security Council and six-party DPRK, South Korea, Russia, U.S., Japan and China talks are legitimate avenues of diplomatic efforts. China accounts for 90 per cent of North Korea's foreign trade, he noted, adding that there is room for the Asian power to do even more beyond imposing United Nations sanctions. This all comes as Trump has proposed building up the United States' nuclear arsenal and has reportedly asked, about nuclear weapons, "If we had them, why can't we use them?"

The Japanese Foreign Ministry official told Asean reporters in Tokyo that this was "the last time, the last opportunity" to push for a denuclearised Korean peninsula, as he cautioned that North Korea may otherwise "go even further".

Trump recently praised the resumption of talks between North and South Korea, and signalled his "openness" to USA talks with North Korea "under the right circumstances".

'What is helping us with, Russian Federation is denting.

Hecker was invited to see the secret nuclear complex in North Korea that contained extracted plutonium.

"Russia is not going to join the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons", he said.

In addition to that, it stated that his mental state stems from "his failure to contain the country's nuclear and missile program", according to Newsweek. What the Japanese learned is the North Korean fishermen "are being sent out in the wintertime to fish because there's food shortages, and they're being sent out to fish with a lack of fuel to get back", he said.

Trump's comments came as South Korea and North Korea have engaged in the most substantive direct talks in years, which have led to plans for the two countries to march together in the Olympics under a united flag.
