One-Night Stand App LegalFling Creates 'Legally Binding' Consent Contracts for Participants

The app will also send a list of your "sexual preferences, including your do's and don'ts".

The app users also have the options of customising their likes and dislikes, which would provide them with the choice to opt for having sex without protection or knowing whether the other person is STD-free or not.

But app or not many people think a contracted one night stand is just SO unromantic!

"Sex should be fun and safe, but nowadays a lot of things can go wrong", the site reads. "While you're protected by law, litigating any offenses through court is almost impossible in reality", they explained.

LegalFlings website does state you can withdraw consent at anytime through the app and that "No means "no" at any time. LegalFling creates a legally binding agreement, which means any offense is a breach of contract".

The app uses blockchain technology to create private, time-stamped records that are linked and secured using cryptography.

And the creators of the app have attempted to make safe consensual sex as simple as possible - users can WhatsApp, text message, or Facebook message their requests.

With a swipe of your finger, you can also give consent for certain "acts" leading up to the bedroom!

The app comes in the wake of the #MeToo movement amid sexual harassment allegations from celebrities, politicians and journalists.

Dutch blockchain software company LegalThings announced Wednesday that it's creating an app which would allow two sex-charged partners to log consent before they hit the sheets.

If a breach of contract does occur, the app claims that users can simply click a button that will trigger "cease and desist letters and enforcing penalty payments", as well as make it easier to bring the issue to court.

The LegalFlings app has to be approved by Google and Apple before you can actually download it.
