The cold air sticks around Friday with a few late-day flurries possible for central Kansas but no measurable snow.

Then, more snow is expected Sunday night through Monday morning, the weather service said. The second round is expected during the evening hours Sunday resulting in an inch or less of snow once again (see map below).

Today will be mainly sunny with winds up to 15 km/h. As of 5 a.m. the wind chill in Newark was at 1 degree.

Sunday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 9. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 25.

Baltimore health department Commissioner Leana Wen issued a "Code Blue" advisory from Saturday night through Monday morning. West northwest wind 5 to 10 miles per hour.

Partly cloudy, with a low around 19. The winds will still be breezy in the afternoon, but the temperatures will not rebound.
