Villanova and defending champion North Carolina rounded out his Final Four. NMSU has lost 10 straight NCAA Tournament games, dating back to a 92-55 second-round loss to Cincinnati in 1993.

Obama has Kentucky's other tournament team, Murray State, losing the first round to West Virginia. He has Auburn and Tennessee advancing to the Sweet 16, but no SEC teams moving on beyond that.
