Martin Truex Jr. will be on pole as the starting line-up for Monday's race will be set by owner's points, per the NASCAR Rule Book.

The Monster Energy Cup NASCAR Series race at Martinsville scheduled for Sunday afternoon has been rescheduled because of snow. The snow is expected to clear by mid-Sunday morning, but with emergency services needing to direct its attention elsewhere and with travel hard NASCAR officials met early Sunday morning and determined the races needed to be pushed back a day.

There was no qualifying session for the Cup Series because of a wintry mix that moved through the Virginia area and halted the Truck Series race after just 23 laps Saturday. Shortly thereafter, NASCAR postponed the race and rescheduled it until Monday.
