Hasin Jahan questions BCCI for not considering Shamis character

Meanwhile, the BCCI's Committee of Administrators (CoA) has cleared Shami of corruption charges, paving the way for him to receive a central contract.

The BCCI said on Thursday that Neeraj Kumar, head of its anti-corruption unit, had investigated the allegations against Shami and submitted a confidential report clearing him of wrongdoing with respect to the BCCI's code. "Shami in so far as they pertain to the provisions of the BCCI Anti-Corruption Code", the Committee of Administrators stated in a media release.

While Shami's "B" category contract was restored by the CoA, which had made a decision to withhold it when the controversy arose, the matter now is about domestic issues between Shami and his wife, who, reportedly, backtracked on the match-fixing allegation when confronted by the ACU officials in Kolkata.

The last two weeks for Mohammad Shami have been extremely tough, and he will be gunning to prove a point as he plays for Delhi Daredevils on April 8 against Kings XI Punjab.

Kolkata: Hasin Jahan, estranged wife of cricketer Mohammad Shami, on Friday met West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's at the Assembly in a bid to seek support in getting "justice" against Shami and his family members.

The Latest Screenshots released by Shami's wife Hasim Jahan shows that he was chatting with a lady in WhatsApp quite romantically, this was done after the 27 years old Delhi speedster recently said that he is not going to reunite with his wife at any cost.

Hasin Jahan also claimed that Shami has taken the money from the girl in Dubai's hotel and allegedly said that he had cheated the team India. The charges of corruption against him looked too far-fetched. "I didn't do anything wrong", added the pacer. Earlier, a case was also registered against Shami after his wife filed a complaint alleging that he was involved in extra-marital affairs and abuses her physically and mentally. "I can't thank BCCI enough", he said.
