Local Alert Weather, Wed. AM, 3.21.18

FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY FORECAST DETAILS: Expect clear to partly cloudy skies and lows in the 30s Friday night ahead of partly to mostly cloudy skies and highs in the 50s Saturday. There will be some rain mixing in too, but not a lot in Ohio. The good news is, the precipitation is done by tomorrow night, and we should be able to look at much better weather for Sunday. It is possible we could see a few strong storms and widespread rain. However, the upper end of the range for Tuesday and Wednesday looks to be in central and southern parts of the state, away from where the rains fell Tuesday. Most will stay dry through Wednesday as rain chances max out at 20%.

Clouds will still be with us on Sunday as well with maybe a slight chance of a rain shower, especially late in the day.

By the start of next week, the weather pattern begins to shift.

But it is March and that means changes are just around the corner again.

The rest of the extended forecast shows a strong storm complex moves through around the 5th.

It also predicted prospects localised thunderstorm over the inland cities and few places like Bayelsa, Port-Harcourt, Calabar and Warri in the afternoon and evening hours.

A crisp high pressure system will control our Friday weather.
