Police Investigating Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting In Stillwater

Police were not able to disclose what type of weapon they seized; however they said it was not a pellet gun as was the case on February 22, when the same man was involved in a five-hour standoff with police at his home.

According to Howard, no suspects are outstanding and the surrounding area has been secured. Police have arrested two suspects. Police said Curry was arrested on a Kendall County warrant for failure to appear in court on a prior traffic offense.
