Conor McGregor leaves NY police station in handcuffs after being arrested

Following a 24 hour period which included flying from Ireland to New York City, throwing a hand truck through a bus window, and spending the night at the 78th Precinct, UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor appeared before a judge at the Kings County Criminal Court on Friday.

"The organisation deems today's disruption completely unacceptable and is now working on the consequences that will follow", the UFC said.

The UFC released new video Saturday of Conor McGregor's meltdown Thursday at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

The two men were released on bail, with McGregor's being set at 50,000 dollars and Cowley's at 25,000 dollars.

A NY judge listed McGregor's charges as three misdemeanor counts of assault and one count of felony criminal mischief.

"No.no", White said on ESPN's Get Up! on Friday morning when asked if he would help McGregor.

"I think after this disgusting and despicable move, I think everybody relationship (including mine) with Conor is going to be not so great. He justified it. It was justified to him".

White said this week in NY that McGregor would fight again for UFC this year.

It is unclear if UFC President Dana White will permit McGregor to return to the ring.

The sport's best-known athlete and an global star, McGregor, 29, was dressed in a blue, long-sleeved golf shirt that hid his elaborate tattoos as he was escorted from the police station where he surrendered the previous night. June 9th in your backyard. "You's'll strip me of nothing", he tweeted, invoking an expletive.

The Irishman reportedly pocketed around $100 million for the superfight which he lost last August in Las Vegas against ex-welterweight champion boxer Floyd Mayweather.

"We had talked about him fighting in September", White said.

The incident took place after a media-day event at Barclays and McGregor turned himself in to the cops Thursday evening. That's all I have to say for now. Ray Borg, a flyweight fighter, was also deemed unfit to fight after suffering corneal abrasions.

Lobov was yanked from the card and banned from the building.

Conor McGregor's violent rampage on a bus full of UFC fighters appears to have stemmed from this altercation a few days earlier. Buffer believes McGregor displayed total disregard for everyone involved with the UFC brand by his actions ahead of one of the Las Vegas-based promotion's biggest events of the year. McGregor hasn't defended the belt since November 2016.
