English Premier League wrap 14 April 2018 - Liverpool, Everton, Crystal Palace, Watford

It was Zaha's first-ever Premier League double.

Wilfried Zaha poked home the opener after some good work between Luka Milivojevic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek from a short corner, with James Tomkins pouncing for their second after Albion failed to clear the ball from another set piece.

The Seagulls nearly came back from being dead and buried after finding themselves two down at Palace after just 14 minutes.

But Brighton, who before this game had scored only seven away goals all season, responded with a close-range effort from Glenn Murray and a sublime finish from Jose Izquierdo.

The second half was less entertaining with no goals added, but the result was enough to take Palace six points clear of the bottom three.

After a boring 90 minutes against an out-of-form Hornets side, Ince hit the deciding effort to take David Wagner's side seven points clear of third-bottom Southampton.

Olivier Giroud came off the bench to inspire the comeback, scoring either side of an Eden Hazard equaliser after Dusan Tadic and Jan Bednarek had struck for Southampton.

First-half strikes from Chris Wood and Kevin Long gave Burnley a 2-1 win over Leicester at Turf Moor to strengthen their grip on seventh place and their hopes of qualifying for the Europa League.

"It was uncharacteristic, because they were two goals from corners and we've been very good from corners since the West Brom game".

Elsewhere, a superb display by a Swansea side seeking their fifth home win in a row was blighted by a Kyle Naughton own goal as visitors Everton held them to a 1-1 draw at the Liberty Stadium.

Burnley hung on to move within two points of sixth-placed Arsenal, with the Gunners travelling to Newcastle on Sunday.
