Model Janice Dickinson tells retrial Cosby raped her in 1982

Model Janice Dickinson tells retrial Cosby raped her in 1982

"Cosby said, 'I have something for that, ' " Dickinson testified.

The former supermodel and reality star changes key details she previously recounted in her 2002 tell-all. "They'll relax you, take the edge off, '" Constand said.

Cosby has said the sex with Constand was consensual.

Andrea Constand's appearance is her second chance to confront Cosby in court, since his first trial ended without a verdict.

Dickinson is the fourth "prior bad acts" witness to testify in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, court against Cosby, 80, in his trial on three charges of aggravated indecent assault. And I didn't feel insane at that moment standing up for myself saying 'that's not cool.

Cosby's lawyer Tom Mesereau, famous for getting Michael Jackson acquitted of child molestation, has dismissed the accusers as "prosecution by distraction" and claims they are money grabbing.

She testified that when he finished his call, he climbed on top of her. She said Cosby stopped her as she went to leave: "All he said was there's a muffin and tea on the table and then, "All right" and then I left".

However, prosecutors are allowed to seek testimony from up to five other women who have said Cosby also drugged and assaulted them in previous incidents.

Constand offered brief details of seven social encounters she had with Cosby before the alleged assault, including one in which she said he put his hand on her thigh and another when she said he tried to "unbutton my button on my trousers".

"I told her Mr. Cosby had sexually violated me, that he had given me three blue pills and he had sexually violated me without my consent", Constand testified. I was in shock.

Jackson, a longtime Temple official, has said that she and Constand worked closely together, had been friends and had shared hotel rooms several times. "But I wasn't threatened, and I didn't judge him".

Dickinson remained resolute while being cross-examined by Cosby defense attorney Thomas Mesereau.

According to testimony recorded by DailyMail.com the former America's Next Top Model judge told the jury about meeting the comedian, and how she had been excited when he invited her to Lake Tahoe to watch him perform and talk about her career.

"It's all a fabrication there because I wanted the paycheck for my kids."

"I want an apology for each and every one of us in order for my soul to heal", Dickinson told ET. She didn't call him back, she testified.

"The charged rhetoric has irritated Cosby's lawyers, who have lost two bids for a mistrial".

"I thought it was a little bit absurd, given that Mr. Cosby was just a little bit younger than my grandfather", Constand said of the sexual interest he'd shown in her.

Constand said she feared retaliation from Cosby if she were to speak out, but she told her mother almost a year later.

Dickinson had a Polaroid camera with her, she said, and snapped photos of Cosby in the room wearing a colorful robe and talking on the telephone.

Prosecutors seemed interested in taking some of the sting out of that effort on Friday morning when they asked Constand about the adviser.

On cross-examination Thursday, defense attorney Mesereau questioned why Baker-Kinney waited to come forward until 2015, after lawyer Gloria Allred proposed that Cosby use his vast resources to compensate accusers.

In the years after the settlement, she moved to North Carolina and started her own business before moving back to Toronto, where she lives now and works as a massage therapist.

On the stand Friday, Constand told jurors she has nothing to gain financially by agreeing to testify at the criminal trial.

" I recall his breath, the taste of cigars the kiss espresso. She told Cosby she was having menstrual cramps.

Dickinson took the witness stand on Thursday to give jurors her story with the comedian whom she alleged had drugged her before raping her.

"Well, I wanted to hit him; I wanted to punch him in the face".

Dickinson rebutted that she "wasn't under oath" when she wrote No Lifeguard.

On the stand, Dickinson said she got to know Cosby after he called her agent and said he wanted to meet and possibly mentor her as she looked to expand her career into singing and acting.

The defense in Bill Cosby's sexual assault retrial is trying to poke holes in his chief accuser's story.
