Backstreet Boys have announced plans to make a country album.

The band, which celebrated 25 years together last month, resumes its Las Vegas run in July.

The Backstreet Boys' last big chart success came a year ago with "God, Your Mama and Me", their hit collaboration with country duo Florida Georgia Line.

Backstreet Boys ruled the charts and hearts of many with their love songs like I Want It That Way, As Long As You Love Me and Quit Playing Games in the 1990s.
