Here's Why Meghan Markle Was Not Front & Center at Balcony Debut

Meghan Markle may have traded her Hollywood career for a humanitarian life with the man of her dreams, but the Royal Family's newest member may have one last accolade to collect: an Emmy for her performance as Rachel Zane on Suits.

The new Duchess of Sussex notably stood behind her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, and brother-in-law, Prince William - and it all came down to a royal "pecking order". Parisa Fitz-Henley, who played Meghan in Lifetime's Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance, also popped up on the ballot for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie.

On the Today Show's Instagram page, there was a suggestion that Meghan Markle was channeling none other than Prince Harry's mother, Princess Diana, with her fashion choice. "Kate did her first solo event with the queen a full nine months after marrying William".

"[Meghan] was still in a good position", adds Little. She was bashed for breaking the Royal's rule by showing off her shoulders.

Meghan Markle is still catching a lot of flack for her recent choice of outfit at her first Trooping the Colour ceremony, but she may have actually been channeling a more famous - and beloved - princess with her choice. Clearly suffering from some nerves surrounding when she was supposed to curtsy to the Queen, Harry can be seen appearing to instruct Meghan on when to bend the knee to Her Majesty after Meghan asks "Do it?"

Meanwhile, when it comes to her sister-in-law Kate, there is one tradition Meghan will likely have to abide by at some point, according to Hello magazine.

Back in 2015, when Princess Charlotte was six weeks old, she too was kept inside during the Trooping, so it's expected that the same thing happened for Louis.

Many members of the royal family have never been aboard the royal train with the queen.

The following is a statement from the Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama ahead of Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle's royal tour to Fiji.
