Prince George plays with toy gun at the polo

Prince George plays with toy gun at the polo

George, 4, and Charlotte, 3, were seen running, jumping and laughing as they and their mom, Princess Kate, supported Prince William at the Maserati Royal Charity Polo Trophy at Beaufort Polo Club.

He and Princess Charlotte were enjoying a day on the sunlit sidelines to watch their dad playing polo, as is tradition on the day after the annual Trooping the Colour parade to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's birthday.

All eyes were on Prince George and Princess Charlotte on Sunday as they frolicked in the sunshine at their father's polo match.

Prince George has previously been spotted wearing another style from the Hampton Canvas range at Trotters called the Nantucket.

"#PrinceGeorge playing with a toy gun!"

In what is nearly a mirror image of Savannah and George's shining moment, Harry is seen placing his hand on the two-year-old's mouth as his mother Princess Diana watches on.

Over the course of the day, the little royals could be seen playing with a huge slinky, a miniature golf set, arts and crafts and the controversial toy gun. My American side here, biased maybe because of everyday #gunviolence in United States of America, but my British side agrees. "THAT is #girlpower", one person wrote.

The playful photos did spark some backlash on social media, however, as some people thought George's toy gun was an innappropriate choice.

The children entertained themselves with toys and ran around in the sunshine - and the pictures of the fun family day out are too sweet.

She was also seen relaxing in Kate's lap and climbing up a bank with her mother.

On a visit to Finland last November, William met Father Christmas in Helsinki and was on a mission to present Santa Claus with a Christmas list from George, which featured one request - a toy police auto. Malcolm is said to have a close relationship with the Royal Family and has played alongside Prince Harry at the Sentebale Charity Cup.
