Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to visit Australia, New Zealand

Queen Elizabeth followed in her own separate carriage while Prince William and Prince Charles rode on horseback because they are both royal colonels of the Household Division. Although she celebrated her real birthday on April 21, Saturday marked the official birthday of the Sovereign, the Daily Mail points out.

At the traditional Trooping the Colour, a fanfare filled celebration of the monarch's birth held each June for 260 years, Markle made her balcony debut at Buckingham Palace.

The pomp and pageantry of Trooping the Colour was staged on Horse Guards Parade - a first for Meghan. His absence had nothing to do with his recent hip surgery. Prince Harry wore military attire. He will celebrate his 97th birthday Sunday.

Buckingham Palace said Friday that the Queen underwent successful cataract surgery in May.

In her first truly public appearance as a newlywed duchess, the former Suits actress quietly rebelled with her outfit.

Meghan appeared cool calm and collected, but it seems she may have been relying on her reassuring husband.

The autumn tour is the first announced since the couple tied the knot last month.

Kate Middleton complemented her look with a rather prominent hat from Juliette Botterill.

Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan Duchess of Sussex attend the Trooping the Color ceremony in London, June 9, 2018.

This, notes the magazine, marks a "major milestone" for the newest member of the royal family, as the train is only used "in an official capacity" by the Queen, Prince Philip and Prince Charles.

These facts have led some sources to believe that Meghan may pull out of the trip if she were to fall pregnant before October. It will be Harry's first time in Ireland, but Meghan visited Dublin in 2014.

Their visit to Fiji and Tonga comes at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
