Putin criticizes U.S. withdrawal from Iranian nuclear deal

President Donald Trump on Saturday doubled down on his call for Russian Federation to be readmitted into the G7 and blamed his predecessor for Russia's aggression in Crimea.

"Will Russia have its own cryptocurrency, and if, will it be controlled by the state?"

Ahead of Trump's arrival, French President Emmanuel Macron tweeted suggesting the global group could issue a communique at the end of the summit that leaves out the United States.

"The U.S. president has repeatedly said that it's reasonable to hold such a meeting", Putin said.

Putin said that some nations, including Austria, have offered to host his summit with Trump.

Despite tensions in the US-Russia relationship, Putin did not rule out the possibility of a meeting with Trump. Independent counsel Robert Mueller has been investigating the Russian Federation meddling, which Trump has denounced as a "witch hunt".

"For four years, we have been saying we will extend again if and when the Minsk agreements are respected", Macron said.

Russian President Vladimir Putin spent part of Tuesday handing out national accolades for outstanding achievement during Russia Day, the Kremlin said.

"Nothing he has done since then has changed that most obvious fact", McCain said.

Navarro calls that a "socialist communique" that Trump pulled out of. "It is a celebration of outstanding Russian citizens and recognition of their services to the Motherland", Putin said at the awarding ceremony. "He is a thug using Soviet-style aggression to wage a shadow war against America, and our leaders should act like it".

Trump's remarks were the latest show of disunity between the USA and the other six nations meeting at a resort on the Saint Lawrence River this weekend.

Before the G-7 summit, Trump scuffled with Macron over the tariffs. The meeting included the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, France, West Germany and Japan. "If it doesn't happen, we come out even better!"

It also calls for co-ordinated attribution of hostile activity so more countries name and shame perpetrators of cyber attacks and other abuses.

Trump also lashed out at longtime allies over their criticism of his trade policies. "Not fair to our farmers!" "I believe it can be worked out", top White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow told reporters on Wednesday.

Kudlow says Trump won't let a Canadian prime minister push him around on the eve of his summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

Tensions between the USA and its allies have increased in recent weeks after a series of White House decisions have frustrated some of the United States' closest global partners.

"Today it is hard to say what these guarantees may look like or when they will come into effect", he said. "I think it would be good for the world".

Asked if Mr Trump was a good friend to the UK, Mrs May told Channel 4: "The United States and the United Kingdom are good friends".

Bizarrely, Trump admitted that he levied the tariffs in response to Canadian dairy protections - not for security reasons - and yet he called Trudeau a liar.

Investors are also concerned about the future of the North American Free Trade Agreement, which Trump has threatened to terminate. "We're actually working on cutting tariffs and making it all very fair for both countries".
