NFL Star Pacman Jones Throws Blows With Airport Employee In Atlanta

"Jones had touched down at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on Tuesday evening when cops say ABM employee Frank Ragin "made a gesture towards Adam Jones".

Jones, who fought back after some initial hesitation, told the woman to "watch out" before punching Ragin. Bad news for him is that he was identified as the one who started the fight and was therefore arrested. "He was charged with two counts of battery".

The video fails to follow the initial exchange, but then shows Jones landing a punch and knocking Ragin to the ground.

Both Jones and his friend declined medical treatment, but Ragin was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries.

Jones' decade-plus long career has been plagued with controversy.

He has also played for the Dallas Cowboys and recently ended an eight-year stint with the Cincinnati Bengals, during which time his run-ins with the law decreased significantly. On August 25, 2006, during training camp, Jones was arrested in Murfreesboro, Tennessee for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Jones received a one year suspended prison sentence for his role in the altercation. Jones has always been a talented player, but a temperamental one on and off the field, which has led to some issues.

This is not the first time the National Football League star made headlines off the field.
