After nearly two weeks in the hospital following a near fatal drug overdose, Demi Lovato is finally (reportedly) stable and due for release.

"Her family and team have decided that the best situation for Demi to focus on her sobriety is to check into an in-patient facility", the source says. "There was blood on her pillow. and her airways may have been clogged", TMZ reported. "The recovery community has always welcomed me back with infinite love and support".

On July 24th, paramedics were called to Lovato's Hollywood home where shewas found unconscious and had to be revived with Narcan-an antidote to an opioid OD.

"Sending love Demi. I've relapsed many times", he wrote. News also confirmed that Demi has been discharged and is in rehab.

The New Mexico-born beauty's hospitalization came four months after she announced she had "turned 6 years sober" to fans on social media.

The Dallas-raised musician wrote on Instagram on Sunday that she recognizes her struggle with addiction is "not something that disappears or fades with time".

Demi - who has battled with drugs and alcohol abuse in the past - had stayed away from substances for six years but she recently revealed that she had fallen off the wagon when she released her song "Sober" in June.

The star went on to note that her overdose was indeed life-threatening and thanked the medical staff as well as those around her for making sure that the worst didn't happen.

'I loved it. I felt out of control with the coke the first time that I did it, ' explained Lovato.

'My dad was an addict and an alcoholic, ' explained Lovato.
