Trump campaign files arbitration action against Omarosa alleging breach of secrecy agreement

It is a reference to Omarosa Manigault Newman, whose new book "Unhinged" claims Trump used the N-word during his time on reality show The Apprentice.

When you give a crazed, crying lowlife a break, and give her a job at the White House, I guess it just didn't work out.

Trump's latest attempt to discredit her comes after Omarosa claimed to have heard him use the n-word on a recorded tape dating back to his time on "The Apprentice".

Newman said she wanted to give Trump the "benefit of the doubt", that she had a "blind spot" for the president, given their history working together on the reality TV show The Apprentice. He followed that comment up on Monday with a Twitter tirade of insults directed at Newman who he said "begged" him for a job with tears in her eyes.

Gidley and other White House staffers are now acting shocked as well.

She proceeded to tell me the full name of the individual who played this second-hand tape for her, from whom the primary audio tape had originated, as well as the specific context of the President's usage of this term and to whom the derogatory term was allegedly directed. Both topped best-seller lists, dominated headlines, and inspired many an infuriated @realDonaldTrump tweet before fading into the ether of Trump takedowns, come and gone.

Though the administration's NDAs are likely unenforceable, they represent an intimidation tactic to silence government employees even after they have left the White House.

Pierson: "He said. No, he said it". "Good work by General Kelly for quickly firing that dog!" But it's the one we get: the one to take hold of a weekend news cycle, to force a reexamination of the president's racist and dishonest tendencies, to have the nation on the edge of their seat as they ponder, What does she know?

"I had an opportunity to fly out to California, and the person allowed me to hear it", she told CBS News.

Trump confirmed the requirement in one of several Monday tweets about his former protégé: "Wacky Omarosa already has a fully signed Non-Disclosure Agreement".

CBS' Gayle King asked why Manigault Newman secretly recorded the conversation and she responded: "Because the truth matters".

She continued with: "The messages behind her style choices aren't always clear, but they are never accidental".

Manigault-Newman was hesitant to answer questions directly related to her personal actions, instead focusing on the actions of Kelly and the Trump administration.

'Omarosa had Zero credibility with the Media (they didn't want interviews) when she worked in the White House.

But she was sacked by incoming chief of staff Johny Kelly during a closed-doors meeting in December 2017. "I don't love you leaving at all".

Viewers were not there for Omarosa's choice of wardrobe on 'The Today Show.' People attacked her over the top sexy one-shoulder yellow lace dress as she bashed former boss Donald Trump. CBS said the book also describes the conversation. That she could prove, as The Washington Post authenticated, that she'd been offered a healthy sum of money by the Trump machine in exchange for her silence.

As for the potential legal repercussions of secretly taping within one of the most secure White House conference rooms-an action she said she felt she needed to take to protect her own credibility-Manigault-Newman says she's not anxious.
