A Pokemon Let’s GO Nintendo Switch Is Coming And It’s Adorable

Lastly, the new Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee trailer gave us our first look at Celadon City and the fourth Gym Leader Erika, who is known for using Grass-type Pokemon. The Switch itself has a number of Pikachu, Eeevee, and Pokeball silhouette decals on the back. To celebrate Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Eevee!

Nintendo has revealed new details about the upcoming Pokemon Let's Go, Eevee and Pikachu editions, including ways to interact with partner Pokemon. The last one was exclusive to Japan, a Monster Hunter XX Nintendo Switch console that sold out in seconds.

The trailer also shows off the attractive Celadon City and its gym-leader, Grass-type Pokemon enthusiast Erika. One of the reasons for choosing Eevee was the Pokemon's popularity over the years.

This news was also accompanied by the announcement of more Pokémon: Let's Go game features. When not in battle, a menu icon lets you pet or play with your partner to increase your relationship with them. Event items earned in Pokemon Go such as Ash's hat will not carry over to either Let's Go game.

As seen below in Pokemon: Let's Go, Pikachu and Pokemon Let's Go, Eevee's latest trailer, fans are given a look at the main character traversing throughout various areas such as Celadon City, including some main thoroughfares, building interiors, and even an arcade. With the Switch, Nintendo has made it easier than ever to customize the look of your console: if you want to change the color, just get some new controllers. You can also partake in mini-games when transferring Pokemon over. Controls for catching Pokemon in handheld mode have you moving the console around and pressing a button. No touchscreen support although it does use the Switch's gyroscope.
