TMZ reiterated the journo's sentiments with comment from a representative of Kensington Palace, who said the woman is not Meghan and the dog does not belong to the former actress either.

Meghan's blunt move is down to the fact she does not want people talking about her to the press.

Meghan Markle has developed a strained relationship with the paternal side of her family after she married Prince Harry (pictured) in May.
