However, it might all be just a smoke screen as Google released a video yesterday taunting the YouTubers who criticized Google for the Pixel 3 leaks.

Ahead of its Made By Google launch event in New York City today, the firm has tweeted a cryptic message about its upcoming announcements that hints that it still has a few surprises up its sleeve. There have been so many leaks about what will be unveiled, the only thing we don't know yet is what colour shirt Sundar Pinchai will be wearing. However, the main underline of the event will be the new Pixel 3 series which will comprise of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. It is a wireless charger that props the Pixel up so you can see the screen. And we have already seen Sony, Lenovo and LG launching their devices based on Google's platform, and this time around, we may see first-party offering in the form of Google Home Hub. The Pixel 3 packaging was all legit, and both the device's feel and specs gave a clear impression that it wasn't a fake, not to mention lining up with all the recent leaks. The renders of the rumored tablet have also leaked. It appears that Google hasn't yet mastered the art of a small notch since the one on the Pixel 3 XL is fairly big.

As most Android phone makers are moving to the trend of in-display fingerprint sensor, Google decides to stick to the rear mounted circular fingerprint sensor for the Pixel phones this year. There may or may not be a new Chromecast, though its only upgrade is Bluetooth. Back in the Nexus days, HTC and Samsung both produced tablets for Google's first-party hardware lineup.
