The Clintons go on tour, announces Toyota Oakdale Theater date

Hillary Rodham Clinton will join her spouse and former President Bill Clinton in kicking off a 13-city North American speaking tour in Las Vegas on November 18.

The events are produced by Live Nation, an events promoter that has a series of high-profile clients, including Michelle Obama.

The Clintons will hold joint conversations at the shows and share "stories and inspiring anecdotes that shaped their historic careers in public service, while also discussing issues of the day and looking toward the future", Live Nation said.

They'll make stops in both Canada and the US throughout their tour. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. online.

"Experience a one-of-a-kind conversation with two individuals who have helped shape our world and had a front seat to some of the most important moments in modern history", the website says.

According to The Met Philly, the Clintons will in town for a show on April 13, 2019.

The tour will start in Las Vegas, Nevada, with an event at the Park Theater.

Live Nation did not release any details about the tour contracts, but both Clintons previously commanded six-figure paydays per personal appearance.

Some interesting notes: three of the 13 scheduled stops are in Canada and there are also stops in Pennsylvania and MI - two states that Clinton was criticized for ignoring during her 2016 presidential campaign. These cities include: Toronto, ON, Montreal, PQ, Sugar Land, TX, New York, NY, Detroit, MI, Philadelphia, PA, Wallingford, CT, Washington, D.C., Boston, MA, Vancouver, BC, Seattle, WA, and Los Angeles, CA.

LiveNation is also producing Michelle Obama's upcoming book tour for her memoir 'Becoming.' The former first lady will visit 10 cities, kicking off in her hometown of Chicago on November 13, the day of the book's release.
