Bitter custody battle awaits Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have not commented on the latest development in their custody war.

Fans of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt can hopefully get news about how the former couple's custody trail goes within the next two to three weeks - the timeline that the custody trial is supposed to take place.

They added to People magazine: "Angelina isn't seeking full custody".

While the documents say a "trial on the bifurcated issue of custody is to begin on December 4", multiple sources have revealed that both sides are working toward an out-of-court settlement to arrange custody of their children without going to trial.

The private judge will also have to handle the former couple's property settlement, given they don't have a prenup.

Continue to fight for their children's 43-year-old Angelina Jolie and 54-year-old brad pitt has not yet can come to a compromise in the custody of their children: 17-year-old Maddox, 14-year-old Paxon, 13-year-old Males, 12-year-old Shiloh and 10-year-old Knox and Vivienne.

Angelina and Brad have filed legal docs asking an L.A. Superior Court Judge to give them until next June to hash out their bitter divorce ... with the help of a private judge. The Blast reports that while the MoneyBall star wants a 50/50 custody agreement, Angie wants sole custody of the kids and isn't budging.

His lawyer Lance Spiegel added that Brad "adamantly disputes the contention that he has not paid child support".

The judge told her: "If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Jolie] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Pitt]".
