On who he wants to fight next: "When I was first coming up, I made the mistake thinking when I was knocking everyone out that I can conquer the world".

Saul "Canelo" Alvarez insisted he is open to a third fight against Gennady Golovkin following his stoppage victory over Rocky Fielding.

"If you haven't seen him fight then you don't want to miss this, he is in your face, he comes forward, he's ready, he's willing and he's able". Respect to Lemieux, I have a lot of respect for his power, the dude can knock out, he probably can knock a horse out, but I want to feel that Saturday night.

Fielding, making a first defence of the title he won against Tyron Zeuge in July, managed to exchange some shots with his 5ft 9in opponent in the second round. Alvarez stopped Fielding in the third round.

"To make good fights for the people, make good fights for the public, and to make sure the name of "Canelo" Alvarez and of Mexico is held up high".

DAZN, which signed Alvarez (50-1-2, 34 knockouts) to a guaranteed five-year, 11-fight contract for $365 million this fall, is also aligned with heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua of England as well as with promoters that include Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing, Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions and Bellator MMA.

Katie Taylor (12-0, 5 KOs), of Ireland, retained her IBF/WBA lightweight title with an easy decision over Eva Wahlstrom (22-1-1, 3 KOs), of Finland.
