Alleged R. Kelly Victim Speaks Out, Accuses Singer of Threats

In a response to The Post, his lawyer Steve Greenberg said the letter shared by Allred and Hill "obviously was not authored or signed by Mr Kelly, nor sent on his behalf".

In her lawsuit, she says the singer "willfully, deliberately and maliciously" infected her with herpes and that he "mentally, physically and verbally" abused her.

"We are here today to let Mr. Kelly know in no uncertain terms that he can not and will not intimidate his alleged victims into keeping silent about their allegations", one of her lawyers, Gloria Allred, said at the news conference Monday.

The Pussycat Dolls are reportedly in the process of getting the song Out Of This Club featuring Kelly removed from all streaming services; meanwhile, Ciara is also working to wipe her Kelly collab Promise off of digital platforms. "For example, my law team is prepared to request a production of the medical test results proving the origin of her STD claim, as well as 10 male witnesses testifying under oath about her sex life (and) complete records of her texts and FaceTime exchanges".

The comments came following an earlier report about performers like French Montana who previously stated he thought the "Ignition" singer should "enjoy their legacy" despite the current headlines following the release of a docu-series on Lifetime called "Surviving R. Kelly".

Her mother, Kelly Rodgers, said she and her husband had also received threats and intimidation attempts.

"R. Kelly can't read, write or type", the lawyer said.

The letter was sent in October to one of Rodgers' lawyers in NY, a few weeks after the singer was served with the lawsuit accusing him of demeaning her, locking her in rooms and vehicles, and subjecting her to "non-permissive, painful and abusive sex".

Allred, who represents three women with accusations against Kelly, said she and Rodgers were meeting the New York Police Department later Monday to discuss the investigation.

Kelly denies any misconduct.

The documents include a signed eviction notice, which was put on hold until January 21 for Kelly to pay.
