Arsenal star set to cash in with Juventus move

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has reportedly signed a deal with Italian Champions Juventus which will see him move to Turin in July after his contract with Arsenal expires in June, according to reputed British media house The Guardian.

After serving 11 years at Arsenal, the 28-year-old has chose to start a new journey with the Italian Champions Juventus where he'll be playing alongside the former Manchester United and Real Madrid man Cristiano Ronaldo. Ramsey will be paid around £140,000 a week (£7.2m a season), making him the Italian club's second highest earner behind Cristiano Ronaldo but ahead of other starts such as Paulo Dybala and Douglas Costa.

Ramsey joined Arsenal for £4.8million from Cardiff City and has played 252 games for Arsenal, scoring 52 goals.

They claim that he will jet to Italy this weekend to undertake a medical, before signing the necessary pre-contract agreement.

Although Ramsey has elected to leave Arsenal, manager Unai Emery has no concerns about his attitude for the next six months, saying: 'I say to him every day that we need his performance for us.

And Emery insisted on Thursday that he will still count on Ramsey for the rest of the season even if he does finalise a deal with Juventus.

But Emery insists the player is willing to give his all.

Arsenal sit fifth in the Premier League, just three points off the top four, and are also into the last 32 of the Europa League and FA Cup.

'And I was very happy with him in the last match. "I want his behaviour and his focus to be on West Ham on Saturday".
