The coroner's office believes 41-year-old Joey Lee Bailey was under the influence when he hit the Abbas family's vehicle head-on and caused it to catch fire.

Though a toxicology report is pending, the coroner says alcohol was likely a factor in the crash.

Lexington Police now want to hear from anyone who saw the white Chevy truck before the crash.

Anyone with information on the crash is asked to contact the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 859-258-3663.
