Jody Wilson-Raybould resigns from Trudeau's cabinet

Her resignation as veterans affairs minister comes as a controversy engulfs the government from her time as attorney general and allegations that Trudeau's office pressured her not to prosecute Montreal firm SNC-Lavalin on corruption charges. Wilson-Raybould says that must go on.

The news came out during a cabinet meeting this morning days after allegations surfaced that the Prime Minister's Office pressured the former attorney general and justice minister to help SNC-Lavalin avoid criminal prosecution.
