Huawei has conducted in China, the announcement of its new smartphone Nova 4e, also known as P30 Lite. Huawei Nova 4e specifications In terms of specs, the Nova 4e offers a 6.15-inch IPS LCD display of full HD+ resolution (2312×1080p) with a waterdrop notch on the top. The base variant offering 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage costs CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs 20,700). According to the report, the P30 could be priced below 800 euros (Rs 62,500 approx). Using a periscope system, the P30 Pro has a focal length equivalent of 135mm for an optical zoom of 7.8x, which is combined with software enhancements and data from the main camera sensor to achieve the 10x figure. A 3,650mAh battery will be included in the smaller P30 smartphone, while the P30 Pro will ship with a 4,200mAh unit. Unlike Samsung, Huawei will have two variants with similar specs. Both the devices are expected to run Android Pie with EMUI 9.1 custom skin on top. With the latest introduction of the Huawei Nova 4e, it once again focuses on the selfie cameras as has now upgraded to 32MP. Both the devices will likely come in Midnight Black, Breathing Crystal (white), and Aurora (blue/green) colour options. Connectivity options include 4G VolTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port. Huawei also launched the Kids Watch 3 and Kids Watch 3 Pro with 2G and 4G connectivity respectively. On the front, it has a 32MP (f/2.0) sensor, with AI features, for selfies. While the regular version P30 could come with a 6.1-inch OLED display. We were hoping for the launch of Mi MIX3 in India but the company seems content with the more mass market segments.

Thanks to previous leaks and a general understanding of how Huawei operates, we already had a fuzzy idea of what the Chinese phone maker was planning for its P30 and P30 Prohandsets coming out later this month. Up front it has a handsome, 6.39-inch super amoled display with minimal bezels and no irritating notch anywhere.
