William and Harry split royal households as Sussexes hire ex-Clinton advisor

The Daily Mail reports that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's Household (the residence and administrative headquarters of their staff) will be located at Buckingham Palace and the Queen has given the development the go-ahead.

"This long-planned move will ensure that permanent support arrangements for The Duke and Duchess's work are in place as they start their family and move to their official residence at Frogmore Cottage", a statement from the palace, obtained by People magazine, read. The couple are also in the process of moving from a cottage in the grounds of Kensington Palace, where William and Kate live, to a new home on the royal family's Windsor Estate.

"Meghan has very strong views on what she is interested in and that may be what Harry shares, but not what William and Kate share", she continued. While Harry and Meghan themselves will be based in Frogmore, their household will remain at Buckingham, according to Scobie.

According to United Kingdom reports, this usually occurs about two weeks before the birth of a royal baby. Harry and Meghan's move to their new home was announced a year ago.

She also worked in the White House under Bill Clinton in the late 1990s when he was American president and was a special adviser to the late Dame Tessa Jowell when she was culture secretary.

However, there was no concrete confirmation or statement the official Suits star has started her maternity leave.

William and Harry split from their father the Prince of Wales's household when they came of age and it was always expected the brothers would set up their own separate operations when the time came.

"She said, 'We are excited". Previously, the Cambridges and Sussexes had shared a few staffers. "It is inevitable and practical because it gives Harry and Meghan some freedom to build up their own collection of interests and charities".

She added: "And what I'm told through my sources at the palace, that each of them has their own niche".

The royal family are known for choosing traditional names for their children, with Elizabeth, Arthur, George and Alexandra proving some of the most popular through the generations.
