She also said "nobody knew" about her situation except Hunter.

Yesterday, reports emerged about Wendy filing for divorce from her husband Kevin Hunter.

Williams has always done her best to be as honest and open with her fans as possible.

And while much is known about the TV personality, who's been hosting her eponymous talkshow since 2008, the details surrounding the personal life of her soon-to-be ex-husband are a bit more vague.

"For some time now, and even today and beyond, I have been living in a sober house", she told her audience at the time.

Page Six is reports that the daytime talk show host has filed for divorce from Kevin Hunter after nearly 22 years of marriage. She now stands to lose a lot of money in the divorce.

The divorce document states a "breakdown" of the marriage over a period of at least 6 months, requesting the court to determine an "appropriate amount" of child support to their over 18 years-old son, Kelvin.

Meanwhile, Williams recently revealed that she was struggling with her addictions and was living in a sober house. Hunter became Williams' manager, and although the two were several years apart (Hunter is eight years younger than Williams) a romantic relationship blossomed, and they eventually started dating. Now that they reportedly have a child together, people expect that after Wendy Williams' and Kevin Hunter's divorce is finalized he and Sharina might get married.

Wendy Williams had spoken about her marriage on her show and said that though marriage was hard, as long as she had her wedding ring on her marriage was stable. "We respect their privacy regarding personal matters", a statement issued by a representative for her show read. "No additional comment will be provided at this time".
