We are another step closer to the future of wireless technology today, as Verizon has officially launched Samsung's Galaxy S10 5G smartphone. New and existing customers can trade in their current phones when upgrading to the Galaxy S10 5G to get up to a $450 credit, while those who switch from another carrier and buy a Galaxy S10 5G on one of Verizon's unlimited plans can get a $200 prepaid Mastercard. George L. Koroneos, a Verizon representative, posted a video, which shows 1,098 Mbps downloading speed with 27-ms ping. We used the Galaxy S10 5G connected to Verizon's 5G ultra wideband signal.

So far, Verizon has launched its 5G Ultra Wideband service in 20 cities in the USA, including Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas, Des Moines, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Little Rock, Memphis, Phoenix, Providence, San Diego, Salt Lake City, and Washington DC. That's why I think, 4G LTE is not going anywhere anytime soon. Verizon has touted its 5G Home service that will put faster 5G wireless speeds inside homes with downloads of 1Gbps promised.

So, if your locality is receiving 5G network coverage, there might be a chance that you could not get good 5G network in your building.
