Epstein's will a new hurdle for his accusers

Epstein's will a new hurdle for his accusers

And as a result of that, experts believe his accusers will now have to potentially spend a great deal of time, effort, and money to obtain any of Epstein's estate for the crimes he allegedly committed against them.

According to The Guardian, the creation of the fund instantly raised suspicions that he did it to hide money from the many women who say he sexually abused them when they were teenagers.

Prince Andrew was Britain's special representative for global trade and investment for 10 years until 2011, when he gave up the post following intense scrutiny over his relationships with Epstein and other controversial figures. In addition to the Virgin Islands, he also owned luxury real estate properties in New York City, Palm Beach, Paris, and Santa Fe.

FOX Business spoke with Joshua S. Rubenstein, a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and the national head of the firm's Trusts and Estates practice, who detailed why Epstein's alleged victims face an uphill battle.

Epstein's lawyer declined to comment on Tuesday's filings.

"Jeffrey Epstein, through his brazen and powerful organization, was quite literally able to commit federal sex trafficking offenses at his work release office, during his jail sentence".

In Tuesday's lawsuits, each woman described how meeting a wealthy man with connections initially provided hope, but soon turned to horrors. One of the victims said she traveled to Epstein's private Caribbean island, where he took her passport away.

More news: Robert Jeffress says Trump doesn't have 'messiah complex'

Prince Andrew, Queen Elizabeth II's third son, has said he was "appalled" by allegations of sexual abuse surrounding Epstein after a video was released purporting to show him at the home of the convicted pedophile in 2010.

Epstein's sweetheart plea deal was set up by former Trump administration Labor secretary and USA attorney Alex Acosta and allowed the fancier to leave jail six days a week for his so-called "work release".

"At least eight Bureau of Prisons staffers knew that strict instructions had been given not to leave multimillionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein alone in his cell, yet the order was apparently ignored in the 24 hours leading up to his death, according to people familiar with the matter". Mysteriously, the official jail records of Epstein's work release comings and goings were lost.

Ms Roberts alleged in court papers in Florida that she was forced to have sex with Andrew when she was 17, which is under the age of consent in the state.

And again, if you've just served time in prison for preying on girls, should you really be in the company of so many young women?

The lawsuit said the woman was "very poor" and eager to support her mother when she agreed to provide Epstein massages in return for hundreds of dollars.
