Britney Spears Son Sean Allegedly Involved in Altercation with Singer's Dad Jamie

Sean and his younger brother Jayden James, 12, were visiting their grandfather at his condo in California when he allegedly got into an argument with Spears.

According to TMZ, legislation enforcement resources declare that the alleged incident between Jamie and Sean, which is recently below investigation, happened at Jamie's house on August 24.

Sources familiar with the situation told the outlet the recent allegations against Jamie will be looked into amid the investigation into the conservatorship - which the Toxic singer's father has controlled for over a decade.

On Aug. 25, Federline and his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan filed a police report at the Ventura County Sheriff's station against the singer's father Jamie Spears, alleging he physically abused Sean during a visit at his home one day prior.

The case is now being investigated by the Ventura County District Attorney's Office for charging consideration.

Such reviews come after it was revealed Britney and Kevin have come to a brand new settlement over custody of their two youngsters.

Britney will need all her visitation with the children to be monitored, and Jaime can no longer be the monitor.

They've remained amicable co-parents, with Federline - who can be dad to Kori, 17, Kaleb, 15, seven-year-old Jordan and five-year-old Peyton - saying in 2008: 'Britney is an awesome mom.

The pop star wrote in an Instagram post to her fans, "I don't even know where to start with this, because this is so tough for me to say". It breaks my heart to see the comments on my posts sometimes.

Britney has had a rough 2019, after spending time in a wellness treatment facility where she was being treated for undisclosed mental health issues. "I had to make the hard decision to put my full focus and energy on my family at this time", Britney Spears wrote on Instagram at the time.
